Strengthening Leaders. Strengthening Nations.
For more than two decades, Greg Crawford has ministered internationally with a focus on strengthening indigenous leaders, developing mature believers and helping churches establish strong biblical foundations.
The goal has never been simply to travel to nations or conduct meetings. It has been to invest in people who can carry Kingdom responsibility within their own culture, strengthen the Church around them and reproduce what has been entrusted to them.
Through ministry schools, leadership gatherings, conferences and long-term relationships, this work has become an expression of a simple conviction:
Strengthen leaders who strengthen others.

The Assignment Has Always Been People
International ministry can easily become centered around events—travel to a nation, conduct meetings, minister to crowds and return home. Greg’s approach developed differently. The emphasis became investing in indigenous leaders who already understood their culture, their communities and the challenges facing the Church in their nation.
Rather than creating dependence upon outside ministry, the goal was to equip leaders with biblical understanding, apostolic perspective and practical tools they could carry forward themselves. When leaders are strengthened, they strengthen churches. When churches mature, they influence communities and nations.
The measure of successful ministry is not simply what happens while you are there, but what continues after you leave.
Schools of Ministry: Equipping Leaders to Multiply
One of the primary expressions of Greg’s international ministry has been the development of Schools of Ministry. Rather than focusing only on large public meetings, these schools created environments where pastors and emerging leaders could receive concentrated biblical teaching, ask questions, build relationships and take what they received back into their churches and communities.
Over the years, more than 60 Schools of Ministry have been established through this work. The emphasis has remained consistent: equip those who are already carrying responsibility and give them something they can reproduce in others.
What began as teaching gatherings became something deeper—long-term relationships with leaders, churches and ministries committed to seeing the Church mature within their own nations.

The international work has taken Greg into diverse cultures and ministry environments, yet the heart of the assignment has remained remarkably consistent: build relationships, strengthen leaders and equip the Church to carry Kingdom purpose within its own nation.

Nigeria and Impact Africa
Nigeria became one of the most significant areas of Greg’s international ministry. What began through teaching and ministry relationships developed into years of investment in pastors and leaders, Schools of Ministry and gatherings designed to strengthen the Church from within.
Impact Africa conferences brought leaders together for concentrated teaching, relationship and apostolic equipping. But the conferences were never intended to stand alone. They were part of a larger commitment to develop leaders who could carry truth into their churches, communities and future generations.
Through these relationships, Greg witnessed again and again that lasting Kingdom impact does not depend upon an outside minister remaining present. It comes when indigenous leaders are equipped, trusted and released to carry the work forward.
The goal was never to build an American ministry in Africa. It was to strengthen what God was already building through African leaders.

The Work Continues
The nations have never been simply places on a ministry schedule. They represent relationships—leaders, churches and communities in which Greg has had the privilege of investing over many years.
While seasons and assignments change, the conviction remains the same: God is raising mature leaders who can strengthen His Church, equip others and carry Kingdom purpose into their nations.
Greg continues to welcome opportunities to serve leaders, churches and ministry networks internationally where there is a genuine opportunity for relationship, equipping and long-term Kingdom impact.
