Greg Crawford has spent more than four decades serving the Church as an apostolic leader, spiritual father, teacher and author. His journey has included local church ministry, leadership development, international ministry and decades of personal investment in emerging and established leaders.
His passion is not simply to communicate revelation, but to see truth become life—believers mature, leaders strengthened and the Church become what God intended.
A Ministry Built Around People
For Greg, ministry has always been relational. Whether serving in the local church, working with leaders across nations, establishing schools of ministry or walking personally with emerging leaders, the emphasis has remained the same: helping people recognize what God has placed within them and equipping them to fulfill their assignment.
This commitment has shaped decades of ministry through The BASE, international relationships, leadership gatherings, writing, teaching and spiritual fathering. Rather than building ministry around events, Greg has sought to build people who can strengthen others.
The BASE — Building an Apostolic People
The BASE is the ministry Greg leads and the primary expression of his commitment to equipping believers and leaders. It exists to help people mature in their identity, understand their Kingdom assignment and become equipped to influence the places God has called them.
Through teaching, gatherings, relationships and leadership development, The BASE provides an environment where revelation moves beyond information into transformation and practical Kingdom expression.

Greg’s ministry has extended across nations and generations, with a consistent emphasis on strengthening indigenous leaders rather than simply conducting events.
Through schools, conferences, leadership gatherings and long-term relationships, he has invested in those who carry responsibility for churches, ministries and emerging movements.
The goal has remained the same: strengthen leaders who strengthen others.
