7 Fold Spirit or Graces …part 1

This is the beginning of a series of blogs I will be doing about the seven fold spirits around the throne. This has come out of a revelation I released at our last Awakening Fires state meeting in Iowa. The audio file is on our website at http://thebaseiowa.org

Revelation 1:4–5 (KJV 1900) — 4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; 5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Revelation 3:1 (KJV 1900) — 1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

I love how everything in heaven evolves and is in motion around the throne. The throne is the stationary place of authority, non-changing and everlasting. These seven spirits we see here are before the throne. The word “before” means to be present in his sight. It comes from 2 words meaning in a fixed position to be seen. “Spirit” in the shortest definition means breath. So it actually can mean there are 7 breaths of God in a fixed position being constantly seen and looked upon by God upon the throne! Now that’s exciting since we have been talking about the breath of God for over 2 years and who is carrying breath and who is not. Rev. 3:1 shows these breaths can be possessed and refers to Jesus possessing these. So as Jesus possessed these breaths the eye of the father was upon him! He was peering down and seeing how Jesus would steward these breaths. What would go into motion? Who would be touched? Now that is real deep. We call them the seven fold anointing of Christ found in Issiah 11:1-3. But in reality they are not truly anointings, nor are they gifting. Anointings are to meet a specific need present and are not dependent upon the state of the person moving under that anointing. Anyone can be anointed even an ass. The same with gifting. Giftings are divided to several as the spirit wills. All can prophecy and move in the gifts of the spirit. So to look at the seven spirits of Isaiah 11:1 and say they are anointngs or gifting diminishes the dynamic of what these seven breaths really mean.

When the breath of God comes it has the ability to create changes. This is not a onetime event but sets something in motion of ongoing change. In other words these seven spirits or breaths are actually seven graces of Christ (the already anointed one) the messiah (gift given) carried. It was not the fullness of an anointing or divine enablement, even though that was always present, but was an actual grace. This is not a saving grace which most of us equate grace with. It is an ability to bring shift were needed, confront what is needed and set the course for a fresh new thing. As Jesus, Paul, Peter, Timothy and others moved in these breaths and set things in motion, the eye of the father was upon them as well.

Anyone can be anointed. Anyone can have a gift flow through them. Both are generally towards individuals. What I am talking about is a grace that for the corporate body! Paul said in Eph 3:1 He had been given a dispensation of grace or a stewardship of grace. If he is talking about salvation grace then Paul would be determining who would be saved. Paul was talking about how he released and stewarded the graces upon his life. Grace is the expression of your relationship with God. Actually grace is also the pathway of how holiness is expressed to others. Holiness is not expressed through gifts or anoitnings. When holiness is sustained in lives then we begin to see the fullness of grace or one of the seven fold breaths of God begin to be truly established. The deepest relationship is a relationship of holiness, —- the foundation the essence of God, by holiness — the function of Gods 7 graces, in holiness — the state of existence created by 7 graces.

Is 11 Isaiah 11:1–3 (KJV 1900) — 1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, The spirit of wisdom and understanding, The spirit of counsel and might, The spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; 3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: And he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, Neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

For the most part much of the church is in the first breath or the place of the spirit of the Lord is upon me. This breath or grace is the place of salvation and deliverance. It is the place the gifts of the spirit begins to flow. What is happening in this grace is the Lordship of Christ is being developed in an individual. This is the place the realities of what we call Biblical world view principles are formed. There are 4 principles that set the course for our belief system that all things flow form. Knowing God as creator, He is Lord of that creation, He is sovereign and He is providential. This is a grace that shifts us into a true understanding that we are eternal beings with eternal purposes to be exercised by our lives. Without this first grace developed we will lack community and connectedness with a body of believes. We will break covenant with those we walk with. We will abandon the promises given us and settled for typical Christian lifestyle. We will not have our sets to be used by God. But if we truly embrace this breath to come into our lives it will touch every hidden corner and just like a wind can get into every crevasses of our heart. This grace settles identity. This is the place we see ourselves as a gift to others and that God has anointed us to be that gift. It settles not just who we are but what our primary assignments are. This grace gives us access not just for forgiveness, the beginning stages, but to be holy, the finished stages. It is a grace that gives us the greatest advantage point. It is a partnership that is covenantal with the Lord and others. When Jesus stood in Luke 4:18 and declared the spirit of the Lord was upon him he stated that God had consumed him in this breath and grace. He knew His assignment. He knew his purpose. His identity was settled. Eternity was bearing down upon him. He and the Lord (Jehovah the all existing one) were in a total partnership. That he was his representative upon the earth. This first grace and the last the fear of the Lord are key to unlocking the remaining. Without alpha and omega we will never see the others. Next time we will continue with the other spirits and see how they work and what is released.

Vision #2

The second vision is about the merger of 3 congregations and I was speaking to them. Even though it is long It is something really burning in my spirit as unfulfilled. The dream started as I was preaching in front of the people. I was in a new blue suit. It was different than any other time I had been in front of people. There seemed to be a more a settledness and a seemingly very solid foundation. It was in the current building and the building had bleachers at the back with people on them. The bleachers seemed to flow into the floor in such a way you did not realize they were bleachers. The building was wider and deeper and seemed to contain visible depth. These were things in the spirit and not in the natural. I could see my face and it appeared to be different almost like another person, yet I knew this was still me. It told the people that we were going to grow even more. This seemed to please everyone. They seemed like children almost gleeful, yet mature. It seemed that there was much confusion in the community with people wondering about many things. It appeared run down and in financial straits. Yet we seemed to be very well off. We seemed to have revelation flowing and correct things in place yet people still had not come and joined us. The number I guess in the building to be 3-500 people. The Lord told me to announce the joining of three congregations together, ours being one of them, was happening and I would not be in the services for a awhile. The people seemed to understand the great thing God was dong. They knew I must do the Lords will even if it seemed strange. I sensed many thought I was going to meetings with these two other leaders and we would plan some merger, or perhaps I was off speaking again and this had been in the works for awhile. It just seemed they supported not needing to know the details. Myself I had no direction but to announce this and then leave. I walked out the back of the building and over towards an area with stone fences and brown grass, somewhat like Ireland or parts of Europe, to a hill with bleachers like a football field. I saw my catholic cousin Cindy Drish as she stood up before the congregation of people on the bleachers overlooking the hill. They were all waiting for the service to begin. It was not a catholic service but many people seemed to be catholic. The people seemed lifeless and uninterested. The Lord spoke to me that I had the word for the people gathered. I thought it was for the people back in my church and not this gathering of people. I also knew it was for this people before me, but not all. It seemed like another level in the Spirit realm was occurring. This was a place I had not been. My cousin spoke and said “ we are about to hear an anointed word of God from an anointed teacher of God” this was a confirmation to me of what the Lord had spoke to me. I asked the Lord should I go in front of the bleachers out onto the field and preach the word in me to them. There appeared to be no leader. To my surprise he said “no. The anointing within you will preach to them without voice or physical presence in front of them.” I turned around to see at a 90 degree angle to the bleachers and another group of people gathered on chairs on a flat area. The Lord said ‘go over there and stand on the rock retaining wall.” I did so and found myself standing on level ground with a 3 foot rock retaining wall in front of me so I looked down onto the flat filed below. The people were gathered in chairs sitting on a field. A pulpit was in front but it appeared it had not been used for a long time. Papers were scattered on the field and the people were sitting around talking. I looked back at the bleachers only 10 feet away and it seemed the two groups did not know each other existed. I wondered how both groups could know the other could not exist, being so close. It seemed neither had an impact on the other, and they did not distract each other. The Lord told me, “the anointing upon my life would be evident to all.” I stood on the wall waiting for the service on the flat field to start. I asked do you want me to preach to this group since the word was confirmed and I could not to the last group. He said, “no. Stand on the wall, take your position, and see what I will do.” As I did people started to gather. A large group with me on the wall standing and looking down on the field below. I sensed many came from the bleachers only 10 feet away. I sensed many hurts, needs, and a hard journey for them to arrive at this point. I also notice another group joined us on the wall and that group was people from the group on the field. They tipped the chairs over abandoned papers and eventually the field was empty. I looked to the bleachers and notice papers as well and many empty seats. This people had gathered around me but yet not with me. They had been drawn by the presence of the Lord upon me, I was carrying. I still was in my blue suit. I felt that I stood out and my dress was drawing attention to me, yet the Lord had hid my suit from the people. I felt invisible. The Lord then put arrows and a bow into my hand. I told him that I could not take these things, the arrows yes ,the bow no. I knew the arrows represents the people, their character, truths they have, anointings they have, and ministry. (I have a teaching on this that the arrow is us, and the bow is always with Gods hand as he shoots us into ministry). I told the Lord, you gave me this teaching, how can I take the bow? This is why I could not take the bow and argued with the Lord. It was to only be in His hand. He said, “it was now time for me to take it into my hand and he would show me how he guides it to place the people.” I argued that this was too much, it was to holy, and that he was the only one who could place people in such a degree. He said, “it is not so” and placed the bow in my right hand with the bunch of arrows already there. He told me, “study the bow in my word and how to use the arrows and I will give you understanding.” I felt an increase of responsibility and authority. I felt I was in the Spirit in depths that no man knew of. I turned back to my church building and began to walk back to it. The crowd that had gathered on the level place all turned and followed me back to the meeting place. I had spoke nothing, I had only went, stood, saw, and had an encounter with God. It appeared my personal encounter that was unseen to all had an effect on a multitude of people. The bow in my hand seemed to make the final difference. It seemed around 3000 people came and joined what we were doing in the original meeting place. In the Spirit something had happened it seemed as if the heavens were opened. The Lord said “you must tell no one of this encounter. It is a secret thing.” I stood before the people, it seemed I had been gone a few weeks, but yet only a day. The people seemed so happy of the increase. This seemed to have a large effect on the climate and condition of the city and region. We knew we could not stay in the building we were at any longer and would have to move. I knew of the field, I knew of the bleachers, both big enough for the people now assembled. The Lord said “no. They will not be sufficient, it will be another place. I will show you the location. Be sure and study on the bow for by understanding its ways and power. It will then give you the confidence to raise it and send the arrows to the next location.” I knew the key to the greatest mystery of the Kingdom was within my hand. It was a key to unlock all other mysteries. I wondered is this part of the key of David to Gods house? I then was in a vision I have had several times in the past 4 years. This was a large place with a long stage area. I can describe it in exact detail right down to the plants on the stage, colors, etc. Bleachers were there and it was like a large gymnasium. I walked onto the stage like I had in past visions, but this time it was different. I looked out and saw the crowd again and it numbered 3-5000. In the past it was always 3000. Now it seemed to be more. This time instead of giving the message and then moving to the next assignment as in times past. The sermon part was different. In the past the sermon part was unclear. I never knew what I had preached. This time it had clarity about it. The bow was in my hand and the arrows lay before me. I was reminded of the man striking the arrows three times in the Bible. I knew the purpose of these meeting. In times past when having this vision the purpose was always unclear and bothered me that I did not know. I could see myself with the bow in my right hand as I preached. The bow was exciting people. Yet they could not see it. I was the only one who could see it. It seemed to be always in my hand. I awake and the Lord said, “do not share this with the people until an appointed time I will show you.” I sensed that if spoke in the wrong season people would make decisions based on the bow and not on the heart. God still desires a sorting. The Lord showed me a picture of the cross as a Crossbow. Jesus upright body being the arrow being shot to the earth with the gospel of peace touching first. The bow being his outstretched arms and the arrow and bow intersecting at his heart. This is now what I must start to war for!

Visions #1

Last night I was telling a couple people of a vision I have had several times over the years. The vision was a type of mandate or outcome of my life. It is something I have seen hints of, much like many other prophetic words and visions. It and a second prophetic word are the two that seem to be the most prevailing in my thoughts and seem to be what the lord is emphasizing again for this season.

Most of us get visions from the lord and we get so excited about what we have been shown. When we get the vision for the first time we see it in the most holy, pure state of being. It is directly from the heart of God. Then we start walking out theses visions or directions we become discouraged. Why? First a pure vision is trying to be walked out and applied in a world full of a sinful nature. That sinful nature causes people to make wrong choices. It causes people to not receive what you are offering. It is there to stop the vision which is really stopping your destiny God has planned for your life.

I was thinking on this last night after our meeting. How many people I have invested in and yet are not really doing, or have become disconnected, or ….. Not only does our lives affect our own visions but also affect others visions as well. One vision can release other people’s visions. It’s actually like a spiritual movie and we are waiting for the next scene to come up for our viewing. If we don’t have every persons vision in play we miss a scene. Miss enough scenes and the overall movie doesn’t make sense.

So as I was going to bed I was thinking on these things. Would the visions in my life be fulfilled or are there to many scenes missing to make a complete movie. As I was sleeping the Lord was speaking to me about this. He said “don’t worry about the scenes missing, I can splice in what is needed and will bring others who have a scene that will connect and make sense. Begin to pray and war again for the prophetic words over your life. The vision is still being made. The vision I have given you is true. Make it not just a dream you are dreaming about but make it a reality you are reaching for. You know what you must do. Make the commitment to it and see how I will bring it together.”

Now that is encouraging! So I want to share with you the two visions I shared with two people last night. You see the most prominent visions that God has for your life will be the primary things you will speak about when asked.

The first word came from Prophet Joe Crandal several years ago. He states we would be a hub, a center in the center, a place young ones would come to be taught of the Lord. A place of training for fivefold ministers. And they would take the same anointing that is upon us and it would burn in them and they would go out and start revival fires all over to make a giant blaze for the Lord. I feel this vision and word has been fulfilled in a partial way before we relocated to Des Moines. I still have a sense it is yet to fully be fulfilled though. I will share the other vision next time.

The Breath – Releasing God Encounters

I recently just said that I am looking for those people who are carrying the breath of God. I just got a call from a prophet who told me I’m about to have an encounter with the Son in such a deep way I will become unrecognizable. This has been one of my prayers is to have this kind of encounter with the breath of God. I believe we have encounters with the word of God. All believers have had an encounter with the Son of God. Most believers have encounters with the Holy Spirit of God. We also have encounters with anointing, His presence, and other dynamics of the creative forces that come from the throne.

But the breath of God is something different. We see in scripture four winds that blow. We see Moses having a face to face with God. We even see Jesus “breathing on them and they received the Holy Ghost”. This breath is more than a onetime encounter but is sets a creative force of God in motion in our lives. It is more than an anointing, or a gift of the spirit to meet a need. It is the release of the intentions of Gods creative voice for the moment of time to come into a moment to forever shift a person.

As those called to be the ecclessia and govern the earth, we are also called to be the Melchizedek priesthood upon the earth. That means we have access into heaven and implement the throne into people’s hearts. This cannot come with words of mans wisdom but has to be as the spirit (pneuma – the breath) of God is allowed to be released from us. The breath of God carries an anointing with it, but it is the enablement not for us to perform a certain gifting but the anointing in this exist to be able to yield to allow the spirit within to have full expression outward. The breath is about words from Gods heart to our heart in the divine karios moment. The breath comes not as an anointing coming upon us, but it actually releases an anointing from within us.

The breath of God comes from deep in our spirit. I can only tell you what I have experienced and perhaps that will help. At times I can sense the presence of God close, or the anointing seemingly present just under the surface in my spirit. It is like a layer inside me has become alive to the purpose of God and it requires me to act or speak. But with the breath it is not from that surface layer in my spirit but comes from the deepest part of me. It comes almost like turning my insides out so all can see. You see it has to pass through the surface anointing, that enablement of God. But it is not just that enablement being released but that which is deeper. So we can either minister from that close to the surface place of our spirit or from the place where deep (extreme) calls to deep (extreme).

Let me share some outcomes of this type of breath. There are times I teach the revelation God gives (anointing) and then there are times I close my eyes, and preach with such conviction and depth. It is as if God is channeling through me for lack of terms. I don’t have the scriptures I am speaking of memorized. I don’t open my eyes and follow along with notes or even the word. It is like one continuous revelation being released over the hour or so I am in this posture. I can pace a room with eyes fully closed and not run into things, as God speaks directly to people.

There are times I release a prophetic word and I have seen people in a room shake under the power of the word, holding their chairs. This is not an anointing but the breath of God blowing through a room. In a couple of conferences I released this breath it literally knocked every person to the floor because they could not stand under the power of it. Anointing in a prophetic word touches the soul and spirit of the person. It touches the intellect. The breath touches the origin point of their spirit, the deepest place. The breath comes to touch every molecule of our being and so it must also flow out of every molecule as well. The place all things flow from.

So the question is how do we get this breath? It comes by putting the revelation God gives, which is fresh breathed, deep into our spirit and allowing it to have residence there. Allowing it to become alive in us. It comes by being able to move and stir the first layer in our spirit, moving in the gifts etc, so this passageway for the breath to flow through will not be a stoppage point. It comes by us deciding to go deeper in God and not settling for substandard Christian expression. There is a decision point I have found each time I know that I must release what is deeper. It is a seemingly a scary moment of totally losing control and allowing God to control my every molecule of being, right before the breath is released. It is a point of facing my fears and totally trusting God. Even while in the midst of the breath the wrestle is with my flesh and desire to come back into a place of control. It is about a total faith walk. It is like I have told people before, I have preached a message in this place, had a vision occurring, and had God speak to me about personal things, all at the same time simultaneously. I known that sounds out there but I have experienced this several times. All of this comes from the deep origin point being released. When we prophecy and move in the gifts we have a partial faith release. When we move in the breath there is full release. There are not limitations to God.

Let me say this. I have been talking about a full deep release. A corporate breath. At times we do release the breath and not know it. It is the times we minister to people one on one and what we speak is a now word that carries life. It is not a memorized answer but comes from a place we may not even know what we are saying. It creates life, release hope and set in motion answers for a person. They may not even realize they have just been breathed on by God. We may not realize we have released His breath as well.

Every day we breathe in and out about 25,000 times with our natural lungs. We don’t think about it we just do it. We don’t use our faith for it we are just in faith and trust that the next breath will be there. The same is true with the breath of God, it is to be a natural thing. As we practice breathing His breathe in everyday life, then when we enter a race for souls, or a corporate event, we become more aware of the breath. We can even each a point of intentional awareness of how we breathe so we can finish strong. So what am I saying? We must practice the breath so it becomes natural to us.

Seed or Heart of Awakening?

Today the Lord was speaking to me and said, “Do you have the seeds of awakening within you?” I thought on this for a few minutes but did not respond. Internally I could say yes. The seeds are definitely there. The word has been awakened to me, even for years. I have seen and experience Gods spirit and presence in very tangible ways. I even wear a ring with a drop of oil in it that came down from heaven in a meeting. Surely the seeds are there.

Then the Lord asked “Or do you have the heart of awakening?” I pondered this question. Much like many God asked in times past. The Lord then said to me “many can have the seeds of awakening. These are the ones who plant the concepts, the desires for, and the expectations that moves faith. Many can carry the seeds but can they carry the heart of awakening?”

As I pondered this I came to these conclusions. The heart of awakening is the burning passion and even burden that cannot live without it. It is carrying something that brings life to the seeds planted. The heart of awakening has the life flow within it. It has the seed, the watering and the knowing how to step aside as only God can bring the increase. Many that have the seeds might try and birth forth only what God can truly bring to life. But for those who have the heart of awakening they are being seed planters in this hour, waiting for hearts as fertile soil to allow the seeds to take hold. The real call for those who have the heart of awakening is to water the seeds that awakening would spring forth in the earth.

The Lord then spoke to me and said “You have the heart of awakening inside you. The heart of awakening is formed as many seeds of awakening have been planted. These seeds have taken over not just a part of your heart but your whole heart. In this hour the internal struggle is you have been a seed planter and this has been your first season. Your second season will be your heart releasing awakening. The transition is moving from releasing seed to releasing water, the flow of the spirit. Awakening is not just seeds, but spiritual life flow. Many are thinking the seeds is the awakening. The awakening will come from the seeds. It will not look like the seed. It will spring forth but take different shape. Even as it appears it will not yet be seen what it shall truly look like. Is this not how my heart is? You know it but its appearing on the earth is different than expected.”

Culture is defined by the adoption of values and beliefs!

Culture is defined by the adoption of values and beliefs. These values are accepted or rejected by who resolves the problems and issues of the day. The greater the problem resolved the greater the influence a person gains. We must learn how to reframe the debate! It is not about donkey and elephant, it’s about lion and lamb. No political candidate will EVER resolve the current problems.

With a national debt that would require $180,000 per individual to retire the debt of 16 trillion, and total debt obligation of 202 trillion, do you honestly think any person, any candidate has the wisdom to make any difference. There is only one who can shift all things and the economic woes of America will disappear when awakening occurs. Entitlement mentality will go, an industrial revolution will occur as witty inventions are formed at alarming speeds. A shift of values will shift culture. Abortions will end, poverty will be met with. Crime will drop and loss of property will stop through natural disasters as God’s blessing will rest upon a nation once again.

The political divide that has occurred in the body of Christ over this election is appalling to say the least and damaging to the unsaved to say the most. I have seen so many take a political stance with more passion than they have for their Lord and savior and the only one true answer. How foolish we appear in the eyes of God. How soulish we have become for our comfort. The world is looking to us and they see us once again divided at times. We should be crying out from mercy from above and a move of God. All things we are upset with in this hour are because of lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life. All things we need fixing is because of an unwillingness to live a disciplined life. As I just heard this week “Awakening is intentional and not something we wait for” It comes when we start doing what God requires of us. Instead of say if God tells me to fast, to pray, etc, we align with His word and do what he has said. He said WHEN you fast and pray, when ….. then God will react and move. We become the portal though which heaven can move through.

The greater the problem resolved the greater the influence. Body of Christ we are not having influence because we are not bringing answers to the table. We must both value and believe we have answers. We must not just give lip service and some well thought out dissertation from the tree of knowledge, like we are hearing now. We must be willing to put action to words which requires the tree of life. Amazing how many are voicing so many things politically but no real action. I don’t know if they are trying to convince masses without deeds, or trying to convince themselves the compromises they must make are justified.

The same things needing answered in the government is needed in the church. Leaders with integrity and wisdom. Structure. Disciplined lifestyle etc. We have the greatest of all answer to touch all things. The one for the longing of the soul. The one who will fill every need, every desire and bring peace in the midst of storms, acceptance in rejection and friendship in loneliness. Let us vote for kingdom principles. Let us vote for the greatest place heaven can have a chance of flowing through! Let us also realize the spiritual government of our Lord and creator, the one we say we have our rights truly from, supersedes any man made government that has evolved. Seek the Kingdom first and all these things will be added to you!

Hold Fast Oh Voices of God

We must not lose heart in this hour. We must not give into the spirit of “dismay.” ( Ezekiel 2:6) We must not allow fathers to consume their sons by undue demands beyond true relationships. And sons to be in a place of consuming their fathers with lives not redeemed in areas. ( Ezekiel 5:10 )Our Faces must be set at this time before cities (Ezekiel 4:3) we must prophecy against it. We must know there is a spirit of deception meeting in cities to plan how to deceive. There are many rebellious in His house and in the nations. (Ezekiel 8:6) We have blown the trumpet to sound the trumpet of preparedness, but not many have responded. ( Ezekiel 7:14) Our nation rest in economic collapse ( Ezekiel 7:12-13).

Though they are rebellious and stiff necked. (Ezekiel 3:14) Though the idol of music called worship and baal and other abominations that have defiled the temple and made it unholy. ( Ezekiel 8:8-12 ) has not shifted His glory resting over it. It is standing still at times stable, as the throne over whatever transitional place we are at. (Ezekiel 3:23) It is moving at times, to move us further. (Ezekiel 10:4)

The hand of the Lord is strong upon us. (Ezekiel 3:14) Stronger than we realize. We can access the courts of heaven of our God. (Ezekiel 8:16) He has made our foreheads and faces stronger then the faces and foreheads of our enemy. ( Ezekiel 3:8) We will hear his voice, (Ezekiel 3:16)receive his breath (Ezekiel 3:27) and see his glory. (Ezekiel 3: 10) His glory will shift us and move us and finish in us what His dabar over us has declared. (Ezekiel 3:17) We will find the hidden doors of God and revelation and mystery’s will unfold. (Ezekiel 8:8) We have authority over cities (Ezekiel 9:1) As we exercise our authority, then God can move in our cities.

God will siege the cities to the degree we decide to siege the cities. We must prophecy and decree. (Ezekiel 4:7) He will bring coals from the alter and scatter them in our cities. (Ezekiel 10:2) He will show His glory. (Ezekiel 10:4) We will hear the sounds of heaven. (Ezekiel 10:5) He will open ancient ways to us. He will open his word as honeycomb to us. (Ezekiel 3:3) He will bring the mark upon our heads, as we cry out against the abominations. (Ezekiel 9:4) He will cleanse, He will speak. He will do as He sees fit.

We must go both in bitterness and the heat of the sprit in this hour. The bitterness of a rebellious house and sinful world, the heat of His spirit burning within us wether they listen or not. ( Ezekiel 3:14) We must eat the roll that he has provided, so a sweetness is in our mouth. ( Ezekiel 3:3)The ancient house of God has not moved or dissolved. Its elders remain. The court is in place. The door of invitation still remains. Draw near. Come close. Go through. Be marked for God. Be His Voice!!!

Heartaches of Spiritual Fathering

This post is for those spiritual fathers who have invested time and life into spiritual sons and daughters. Many of us have had great disappointments and frustrations at times over the low or no return on all that is invested in persons live. There is an expectation, and rightfully so, of a return on the investment. But many times we either do not see it or the return is slow in coming.

Coming from experience in this area there are several reasons a person does not seem to produce fruit with what we teach or invest. The lack of movement on a son or daughter is not due so much to a father teaching something wrong but what that son or daughter is willing to do with it. Many times we are looking for them, as the hope of a spiritual father, to excel in spiritual dynamics. We need to be realistic and ask if what is asked of them is within their potential? Is it out of their understanding or gifting? Or are they in rebellion or pride etc. Probably more than the lack of fulfillment of seeing sons or daughters excel is the heart ace of abandonment in relationship.

This has happened to me many times and as a spiritual father it is one of the most gut wrenching things that can happen to you. It is easy to say with words one thing but far different when words have to be backed by actions. In the relationship of those who did walk away I wish I could say they have been restored or the people went on to great things for God. But the majority of the time it is the opposite. I have seen those who walk away go backward in their walk with God. A lose of anointing and even spiritual understand seems to cloud them at times. Some ended up self deceived, while others became a part of worldliness again. When these things occur spiritual fathers reexamine what happened, why it happened and does a self examination of the relationship.

What we as spiritual fathers must realize is for every 1 that stops process or walks away there are 10 more desiring a chance of investment. Will we continue to mourn for the one when 10 more really want it? Jesus had multitudes following and it came down to 12. Paul had a great following but in the end only a handful stood with him. God always reduces things to what is most precious and valuable. Those that remain, though it seems unlikely, will be the ones to keep all things sustained.

I will leave you with this encouragement. I have seen some heartfelt repentance from sons and daughters who were at one time connected. Though it took years for God to work things in hearts the relationship was restored. This has to be the greatest joy a Spiritual father can experience as those who are prodigal and self orphaned request to be adopted again in fellowship.

Holiness Frees from Sin Nor Forgiveness

This morning the Holy Spirit was speaking to me about how we have mis-interrupted what frees us from sin and how we perceive sin to have more power than it does. Right to the point. When we sin and ask forgiveness if we are not careful we assume forgiveness frees us from sin.

The Holy Spirit told me “Holiness is what frees you and forgiveness is part of that holiness as an act of holiness. Sin has only power in the act and no further. Many people empower sin as they believe sin releases forgiveness, mercy and grace. Sin is not this powerful. Holiness releases forgiveness, mercy and grace.”

This revelation from heaven could surely add some light to scriptures on sin such as “sin has lost its power, death has lost its sting, go and sin no more, your sins are as white as snow and others. Lets not empower sin and stay at a constant cross but move from empowering sin to empowering holiness and go to the throne as clean not needing cleansed.
